Game Interface
Blood Secrets uses a simple point-and-click interface. Each panel has the following information:
Left Panel (events)
In game, the left panel shows what actions took place in the previous round. It also provides a chat window when available.
Right Panel (character)
The right panel contains information about the current character. Holding the cursor over each tab will reveal the relevant drop-down menu. "Equip" allows a character to change the weapon and equipment they are using. "Items" shows the inventory - clicking on ammunition, traps, explosives and fuses will use these items as appropriate. "Stats" gives the character's abilities, skills, competencies, and ranks within Societies. It also shows the character's current Health and Essence, and any negative and positive effects relevant to the character at that time.Finally, "Log" has a rundown of the character's active missions.
Centre panel (map)
The central panel shows the current map, whether in district or level view. In district view, a character can move between locations by clicking on them. In a level, clicking on a square will move the character to it or take an appropriate action. Some other actions may also be activated here, including the option to wait a turn.
